A New Era for Kickers and Punters

Under Tadhg’s guidance, our athletes have already seen incredible success. In this inaugural year, three of our Leader Kicking athletes secured NFL workouts, showcasing their skills on the biggest stage. Among these talented athletes, our very own Charlie Smyth was signed by the New Orleans Saints and Darragh Leader to the Tirol Raiders.

International Pathway Program (IPP) Expansion

We are thrilled that the International Pathway Program (IPP), which was not previously open to kickers and punters, has been expanded as of the 2024 season. This groundbreaking development opens the door for international kickers and punters to enter the NFL, and we are proud to share that our founder, Tadhg Leader, has been chosen as the coach for the IPP kicking and punting program.

Providing Opportunities

On top of Charlie Smyth signing with the New Orleans Saints we also had two players attend NFL Rookie Camps. Mark Jackson with the Pittsburgh Steelers and Rory Began with the Carolina Panthers

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

This is on a case by case basis but to be eligible for our program, candidates must be at least 4 years out of high school. This requirement ensures that our athletes have the maturity and experience necessary to compete at the highest levels.
